Hp Pavilion dv6

Hello,
I need help to turn on my wireless capability for my hp pavilion dv6 laptop ebcause I cannot get any wireless. It is just amber color and it is turned off. I did everything and I want to enable it to turn on and it will not turn on. Please help me.
