I am getting ready to upfrade the Graphics card in my computer, and also upgrade the PSU,

My Computer: http://reviews.cnet.com/desktops/zt-affinity-7334ma-phenom/4505-3118_7-33774408.html
PSU I am thinking about: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139002
GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150447&cm_re=5770-_-14-150-447-_-Product

The Existing PSU is 350W so kinda underpowered, my question is will that PSU work for what I need or would it be overkill, and with the adition of a new PSU and GPU what would I need to do in the way of cooling?

+1

The 70W total difference between your original PSU option and this one isn't worth the $30 price difference in my opinion. And you just don't need the 620W output with a single ATI 5770.

You should be good to go. :)

I agree with you dipankar, which is why I have an 850W psu in my system. But the $30 for a 70w difference total, in this particular situation doesn't seem necessary. Ultimately it comes down to the OP's intentions. If they want to use one PSU for the next few years, I'd suggest better than a 620W psu in that case.
