SATA ports covered

I recently installed a new PCI-E video card. Problem now is that I can only get access to ONE SATA port. The other three are under the video card. However I have to connect other devices. Even the one that is exposed is only accessible via one of those SATA cables with a flat head. Is there any kind of splitter I can buy that will give me 4 ports on the end of one cable? Or some other solution? I'm sure this has happened to SOMEONE before. I can't be the only one with a super tiny case. ;)

Thanks guys.

It happens when long video cards meet poor motherboard SATA connector layouts. You could maybe add a PCI-e or PCI SATA card and use it instead, move your video card to another PCI-e slot, or find a physically shorter card.
