Loading OS

My Desktops are Self-Built .. 1 of my custom built Desktops went into a constant Boot,Shut-Down & Reboot ( @ this point , w/manufactured PC , I would load Recovery Disks ) >>>>>>>>>> With a Custom Built PC is this the time to BOOT SYSTEM from OS DISKS to reload to new condition ? <<<<<<<<<<< No one in my area seems to offer advice - only Drop-Off help ..

If you can not boot, you can not load a recovery disk, or re-install the operating system.

Time to troubleshoot. First place to start. Turn PC off, Demate and remate and all connectors to the MB, Memory, and GPU. Might as well do a Clear CMOS. Retry.
