Sata2 problems fixed or not???

I recently bought a Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3, and it says nothing about b3 on the box, is the Sata2 safe to use?

That issue was with the P67 chipset before March 2011 and all motherboards should have been replaced. It never affected the Z68 chipset.
