$400ish budget build for my sister!

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Internet, listening to music, relatively simple applications (Word, light photo editing programs) and other casual usage.

Parts Not Required: Monitor, keyboard, speakers etc. Only need tower

  1. Fresh builds go AM3/DDR3 as the sun has gone down on DDR2 with all current/incoming platforms all on DDR3 ^^

    Just remove that HD 4350 and it's all good (IGP on par or superior than 780G would be all she needs)
