ASROCK Fatality and EXtreme 6 Motherboards

guys we all knw that the ASROCK brand has releasd their sandy bridge motherboards..and they jst seem so so awesome specially the FATAL1TY and the extreme 6 mobo...

but no mattr how much i try i jst cnt seem to find a fix price for them..i really desperate to get my hands on them..but lol...dont knw how much they cost...cn ne 1 help..

I bought a Fatality p67 over a month ago costing £200 which was the lowest price at the time. I've now seen them as low as £175 online so you just need to google shop it and that will give you an idea.

The board itself is excellent. The Extreme 6 should be cheaper and not much diffence between the two.

The boards for Sandy Bridge were recalled due to a SATA hard drive controller issue. New boards with fixed chipsets are only now trickling onto the market. I expect to see most boards back on retailer sites within the next couple of weeks.

In the US yes, but not here in te UK. All the SB boards are still been sold but with a warning stating the problem of the sata ports as you can see here in this link.

hey is ther problems..which these brands too or is thr a B3 version of the ASROCK p67 EXTREME and FATAL1ty boards...askin coz i havent heard of ne such..

All 1155 socket boards are affected, no matter which manufacturer made them.

If it says that it's a B3 version, it's got the new fixed chipset.
