Intel extreme series Sound problem

Hello,
Yesterday I have bought Intel extreme series motherboard [DP67BG]. Installed everything okay.

Now I have a strange problem, I am not getting sound from the rear-out jack [Green one] from back panel.

When I plug-in headphone in the front jack, I am getting sound.

When I attach my TV using the HDMI port[in Zotac GTX 570], I could hear the system sounds [ like when I move up the volume slider all the way up, I could hear the chime thing], but apart from that I can't hear anything like movie sound or songs.

Tried playing with mixer settings and all but couldn't get it to work.

Any suggestions ?

Right click volume icon on bottom right corner>open volume mixer and make sure the volume for your media player is not muted.

Edit: Ignore it, I didn't read the bit about you already play with the mixer settings when I answer.

Make sure that hdmi sound is disabled. This can be done in the nvidia control panel.
