When using Intel Core i5/Core i3/ Pentium CPU with HD Graphics, the maximum memory speed supported is 1666 MHz

You can go to DDR3-1600mhz no problem, as long as your memory is rated at that speed. If your memory is rated higher than that, then go higher.

1800 should work fine as long as your memory is rated at that speed.
