Any Device?

Okay, can someone answer me the question of if there is a device that will record videos streaming live, or on youtube onto your computer that you can burn onto a disk, or that you can record on a DVR? Money isn't a question. I just need a answer to get paid.

if you are talking about embedded videos (youtube ans such) there is an add-on for Firefox called download helper (pretty sure) that you can download the FLV file then convert and burn to a disk
