HELP My GTX570 LAG

Hi, why my system run any 3d games lag?

E8400 3.0
P6N nforc 650I SLI
RAM : 2GB
Plait GTX570
CM 750
Win7

Run Call.Of.Duty.Black.Ops , Crysis all lag why? or my ram need to update 4GB?

I would say it is the limited amount of memory you have. You need at least 4G for serious gaming. (6G or 8G is even better if your Win7 is 64 bit.) The dual core processor, while marginal for those games, shouldn't produce low framerates with a GTX 570. Also, try cleaning your system with CCleaner. Run the Clean and Registry both.

so it say is not my CPU problem, is my ram and win7 32bit? if i update my ram to 8 gb and reinstall win7 to 64bit running games not lag.

The 32 bit operating system isn't the problem. You are fine with that. Also, I think the dual core processor is OK. Your 'lag' problem is due to not enough memory and a slow motherboard. The 650i board is a DDR2 motherboard and only handles memory up to 800 MHZ. (I know. I had a 650i board. I had fits keeping it from crashing when all 4 slots were populated with 800MHZ RAM.)

Get 2 identical 2GB sticks of DDR2 800MHZ memory and try to run the memory at the full 800MHZ. 4 GB is all the 32 bit operating system can 'see'. But 4 GB is sufficient for gaming.

And use that CCleaner program to rid your system of resource wasting crap and wasted space.
