Motherboard and cpu compatability

foxconn destroyer motherboard will it be compatible with six core amd cpu .motherboard is am2-am2+ cpu am3 . did not get specks when i was buying it off ebay. please help if you can.

Deneb 965 is fine but Foxconn may either have a beta BIOS out or did not update list for Thuban - best contact them
