That one can only do 8x/8x in SLI/CF mode. The one I linked can do 16x/16x. Also, that one can only do dual video cards. The gigabyte one can do quad-SLI/CF at 8x/8x/8x/8x. The gigabyte one also has dual gigabit LAN, and the asrock is only a single LAN. There are also slight differences in RAID configurations between the two, but that's not too big a deal.
