I am planning to buy a GTX 460 from Palit or Inno3D as much as I like to get the MSI with Cyclone fan I cant find it here in The Philippines. So the question is 1GB Palit (can't find 768MB Palit) or 768MB Inno3D.

I will be playing: Sniper: Ghost Warrior, Flight Simulator X, Modern Warfare 2, Warcraft 3, Mafia II and most likely the upcoming Microsoft Flight.

I also convert videos with Xilisoft Video Converter which makes use of CUDA to increase converting speed.

More about : 1gb 758mb gtx 460

What resolution is your monitor ? And whats your cpu/rig ?
If your going to save a decent sum,yes to the 768 model.

Here is a review of the Inno 768 card, under the bonnet it has a cooler, much like the cyclone setup.

If you can afford it the 1gb model is certainly the better card although the difference isn't particularly large(5-10%.) Whether it is worth the extra money is up to you.

Don't pay extra for a factory overclock. You can do so own your own easily and with much better results. Like I said earlier the 1gb card is better. If you mean between a 1gb Palit vs 1gb Inno I would probably go for the Inno as I know the cooling on the Palit card has gotten some complaints.
