Hi,

Has anyone had the problem of only 1 memory stick working on the ASUS P8Z68 motherboard? Error Code 58?

I need to solve this please.

put the stick in the slot closest to the CPU, but you may have a bad motherboard.

Hi,
Did that and it works with 1 stick. On mine it is the last slot farthest from the cpu. The closest slot will not work.

I replaced the motherboard and all was well. Seems the motherboard itself was broken somehow.

Also, I changed ram to Verified Ram to ensure no future problems.
