$650 Gaming Build

Hi guys Im trying to build a budget gaming PC to play games like SC2 (main game I play), L4D2 and a few other games at pretty good quality.

I'm not really so savvy with picking out components although in my defense I have made a couple builds around my price point

I've lurked a few threads around here and the community seems to know a lot about picking out the right components for what you are trying to accomplish.

PARTS PREFERENCE: AMD Processor

PARTS NOT NEEDED: Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, OS

APPROX PURCHASE DATE: 6 Days

SLI or CROSSFIRE: No

OVERCLOCKING: No

So basically if someone could suggest a decent budget build that can run sc2 on ultra and be able to run L4D2 on a high setting would be great

EDIT

I forgot to add

Prefered Website for Parts: Newegg

Country of Origin: US

Moniter Resolution: 1080p

Budget is around 650 before rebates, and this PC will be for gaming and minimal web surfing Thanks!
