Hello,
When i start computer, CPU and PSU fan starts. Hard disk starts working but no screen output comes to my monitor.

I've bought few hardware pieces, these are
MSI 870A G54
Amd Athlon II x3 445
Kingston 2x2 gb DDR3 1333 mhz ram
And High Power 450 watt active PFC power supply

I've put all the components together, add a Power Color HD 4730 (which requires 2x 6pin PCI-E power cable, i

was using this card before at another pc)
And started computer, fans are started, hard disk started. But no screen output, not even a pixel or anything.

Just saying no signal.
For Basic:
-I've tried another monitor cable, nothing changed.
-I've tried to put out dvd rom and hard disk power and sata cables, nothing changed.

Then i realized there is a 8 pin CPU power unit with a plastic on 4 pins. I was put a 4 pin power cable to it,

and didn't removed that plastic.

So i decided to put out that plastic and put a 8pin CPU power cable to it (Motherboards Manual says that too)

I've this power supply on my other computer
=240827]http://www.xilence.net/index.php?id=106&L=2&tx_vgzdbxml_pi1[showUid]=240827
which has a 4+4 pin like in this picture
http://ermanerol.com/problems/4+4pin.jpg
I put this 4+4 pin to this CPU power slot in motherboard, but again nothing changed.

There is "No connection" writing on monitor, and when i try on another monitor, monitors power light goes to

orange (which means no connection)

So what should i do ?
-I've tried 2 different power supplys with, puting 4+4 pin to CPU slot and tried only 4pin cable to

motherboard.
-I've tried 3 different graphic cards. One of them doesn't requires any 6 pin PCI-E power cable.
-I've tried to put out RAM's, Hard disk and DVD Rom.

Only the thing is i cannot try is try with different RAM's and CPU's

PS:No beeps from bios btw

Thanks for your advices.
Any ideas that does no connection problem and makes Fans and Hard drive starts and works ?

Welcome, Newcomer. The first thing to do is to work through our standard checklist. Just follow the link in my signature and you'll be taken to the troubleshooting guide. Note that there is a link to jsc's breadboarding guide. If nothing in the troubleshooting checklist helps, follow jsc's instructions on breadboarding to rule out case shorts.

Thank you for these links, i've looked them. But i've already done nearly all of them, nothing's changed.
First, i don't have 1 standoff on my case, my motherboard needs 6 standoffs and i have only 5. For this can be problem i'll go and get 1 now.
And i decided to buy a new speaker for bios beep errors, this maybe help to find what's the problem.

But i'm still looking for more ideas about my problem.

So i've bought a new speaker and plugged on motherboard. And put motherboard out of case, and put every connectin out other than, CPU and CPU fan.

So here is the result
http://ermanerol.com/problems/mb1.jpg
No beeps on speaker, checked speaker's +/-

This means problem is on the motherboard or CPU ? (i've tried psu on another computer, it's working fine.)

What's CPU Phases on the motherboard, have 4 leds that indicates CPU phases, when i start pc all of these 4 leds are light up.
And there is a led near the OC panel on motherboard, and this one lights up too.
I don't know what are these leds, manuel doesn't say much about these leds too.

I'll try to find another motherboard to try if the problem caused by CPU. I've checked every pin under the CPU they are ok, there is no crush on CPU.

After trying if the CPU is ok, i'll RMA. Nothing else left to do.
