Hello,
I have an AMD Phenom II x6 1090T on a MSI 880GMS-E35 motherboard. Everytime i render with my 3d software the cpu usage is push to 100% and motherboard temperature often reach 100c and than shutdown instanly. I use thermaltake casing with 2 fan at the top, 1 rear fan and 1 side fan. I use CPUID hardware monitor and Speedfan 4.44, both of it shows the same result. the last result is MSI 880GMS-E35: TMPIN0 53c, TMPIN1 99c, TMPIN2 36c. AMD Phenom II x6 1090T: Core #0-Core#5 56c. how can I solve this problem, i've search a lot but I can't find any fan can reduce my motherboard temp. thanks for all replies.

Are you using integrated graphics or a discrete graphics card? I'm not sure what tempin1 refers to. But it sounds like the SB 710 south bridge is overheating. That is the chipset that contains the integrated graphics. If that's the case, you may have to replace the heat sync over the chip with a heat sync/fan.

Or perhaps, just remove the existing heat sync, clean the thermal compound off, and replace with new. It may have been a faulty thermal compound installation from the factory.
