@ OP - your all set...did you even need to post here? :lol: seems you did a good looking around before posting your parts.

But hey, a word of advice, check up with asus's site, locat your mobo and go through the QVL list to find out if the rams are compatible wiith your mobo. Most problems on similar setups, can't post cos of incompatible ram/mobo's - i can't get on newegg cos of technical dif's with the site...will post back with the QVL numbers.

EDIT - I looked up the QVL, its not listed but if the HTPC's having trouble @ bootup/OS install you'll know its the rams. But only if theres the aforementioned problems. Otherwise, i haven't heard of any probs with G.Skill rams.
