Budget build

Ok my sister has asked me to build her a new rig to replace her dying 6 year old PC. Budget is about 400 - 450 euros including delivery. Need only the unit itself and a monitor, don't need OS, mouse, etc. I'm buying from this website http://www2.hardwareversand.de/home.jsp

Usage will be just the usual stuff, web surfing, MS word but she also likes to watch a lot of HD TV shows and movies so she wants a big hard drive and a decent sized monitor. I built my current gaming rig myself about a year and a half ago so I think I'll have no trouble putting it all together, just need some advice on picking out the components. This is what I've come up with myself:

AMD Athlon II X2 250

ASRock 880GMH/USB3 R2.0, Sockel AM3, mATX

That comes to just over 435 euros including delivery.

Will the onboard video on the motherboard be good enough for watching a lot of HD stuff?
