If the board is oem for a branded system such as dell, then you'll have to search the manufacturer's website. I can't find any info. Just posted a reply to someone yesterday who fried their oem motherboard with a bad flash. I don't recommend it, unless you're sure the file will permit you to run a faster cpu and the flash program works. It's not worth the risk.
