I suggest swapping CPU from X4 640 to X3 455 and from GTX 460 to 6870. You can unlock the 4th core of CPU if in case u need more from it.

Also you need to specify which resolution r u gonna be running and wats ur total budget for this build and location?

Well I usually play at 1600x900 and my budget was like $400...

It's a huge upgrade from my previous system

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.8ghz
GPU: XFX 9500GT 1gb
Mobo: ?
PSU: 350 watt
OS: windows 7
Cooling: stock

You will be fine with your specs. I would change the PSU eventually. With the Stock PSU you might want to drop the cost of the CPU to the X3 like stated before and change the GPU to a more energy efficient one.

THis si a decent mid-low range build and should handle crysis at 16x10 nicely.

Well I found the combo deal from Newegg.com it came with EVERYTHING but the GPU and HDD plus the OS

The GPU is from Tigerdirect.com... Originally 209.99 ( I think) but the price drops $40 with the rebate

I must also mention...My computer now can run Crysis on medium/high but only at a maximum of like 5-20 fps. And that is with a low end 9500gt and a P4 2.8ghz HyperThreaded
