if u could suggest ne other GPU thats on a low budget would be very kind of u..my max budget is 110$

The GTS 250 is not bad but eats power and runs hot and noisy!
Tom's considers it a contender and i'll go along with that.
I've seen a XFX GTS 250 on sale in Canada for $60 last week.
You can probably find one for under $100 easy.
For your price range the 5770 will outperform it though.
The GTS450 is the 250's replacement uses less energy and runs quieter and cooler.
Both the GTS450 and 5770 can be found for around that price on sale.
American prices but you get the idea.

Personally i would buy a 5770 it will provide the best gaming performance for your budget.

You can buy a Radeon HD5770 1GB for $119, which is about the best you'll get for that money. GTS450's also go around that price, and they aren't bad themselves.

Overall, I agree with Davcon. The GTX250 is just too old to consider anymore (although two of them in SLI would be great, look for a special).

I have the XFX GTS250 and don't like it. I am actually sending off for RMA this week and will just put that card in an old build and buy a new one. It does run hot, fan can get loud as hell...and of course mine is busted...it will just randomly hiccup and the FPS drop big time and don't recover (i have tried in 2 completely different systems/specs and same results)

Don't blame the chip for a bad card. Bad cards happen. Its like all those who come in here b!tching about AMD cards because they had X thing happen to them. (sometimes years ago when AMD had bad cards.) Sure there was the gray screen issue with the 58xx cards, don't claim the 69xx cards are bad because of that. The GTX250 is/was a fine card, but its day has gone now that we have the 5750/GTS450. Pick one up for cheap if you want, I'd rather spend $60 on a GTS250 then a 5670.

sorry, but I just don't like it...as i mentioned it is loud and hot. Lets not get caught up on the fact that mine is busted. In his price range I was just encouraging him to move past the GTS250.
