The "Biggest Deals" on Newegg:

I've only been learning about building computers for 1.5 Hours, so I have no idea if these deals are good or if they can even be used effectively.

I was just wondering if these deals are awesome and if I should use them to build my first PC.

And also as a sort of challenge: If these deals are indeed "great," please come up with some awesome Build.

I don't really have a budget, but I think ~$1000 is a good point, since I'm not an enthusiast. I just want an all-around desktop, a bit of everything.
If these deals are really good, I'll build based on this; but if the deals aren't all that great, I'll build pretty much an exact version of the next mid-range System Build Marathon.

I guess I should wait for the next quarter's System Build Marathon in March and decide from there, since I need to learn a whole lot more about Computers.
I don't like the current December 2010 Build too much. I guess I'm more into Applications and Productivity over Gaming.

But I guess what I really wanted to ask about the deal is:
Are these deals so great that I have to jump on them now, since they won't be this low again until like 6 months from now?

Oh, and will the CES 2011 lower any prices?

Newegg combos come and go weekly, but prices generally nudge downward over time as newer tech comes out.

I use Photoshop, Google Sketchup, Chief Architect and other Architecture software; 3DS Max, 3D Poser, and Maya 3D limited trials; I convert Video and Audio using TMPGEnc; I use winRar and 7-zip often. I also upload and download using uTorrent and Megaupload Megamanager.

I usually play games such as Oblivion, Fallout, Mass Effect, Bioshock and other RPGs and adventure games on mid-level graphics. I wouldn't mind high-level graphics.

I live by a Micro Center also.
