Hey Guys/Gals,

I just used the OC Genie on my MSI motherboard and was wondering if you all could take a look at my temp readings so far and let me know why the 4 cores are varying they way they are and let me know if this is normal or what.

The A50 sucks I just got rid of it and added a progimatech rev.b with 2 3,000 rpm scythe kaze fans and my overclock is 4.8 with idle temps of 32,31,30, 28. Ran prime95 for twelve hour with the max of 54c on all cores. The cooler master 212 I heard was also good for I5 2500k. Just something to think about.

Yes, they were load as I was running Prime95 at the time...thanks for the reply...just didn't know if there was too much gap between core 0 and the rest. Wanted to make sure I didn't need to re-seat the cooler and apply better paste.

Ok, well I am a noob at OC, so thats why I did that. daship, what are easy steps, basically...adjust and then what? Rinse and repeat until stable...whats best way to test stability? Also, the only reason im using A50, was that it was only 10 bucks, so im not married to it. I would like a cooler with some leds...that be nice.

I started messing with it after following the guide and here it stands currently...I am stressing now, so we shall see. I wonder how high I can go without altering the volts. You were right, I easily achieved this OC with messing with vcore and its already faster.
