Graphics card

I have a HP Pavilion Media Center PC m8100n AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual-core processor 5600+ with a Nividia GeForce 6150E nforce 430. What graphics card has an HD out put that I can use that is comparable or can I just put an additional Graphics card in?

It has a PCIE slot and a 300w PSU. If you want a gaming card then the HD5670 is the best you can do without changing out the power supply. If you wont be gaming then a card half the price of that should be fine.

is you dont want a gameing card something cheap like a 4350 with a HDMI out would work.
