Rampage 3 Extreme won't boot

I built this new rig and could not get to the Bios,However the fans and led's all worked properly.After a quick inspection I found the problem. I only used 3 of the 6 ram sticks to start with and they were in the black slots oops so i put them in the red slots and and oh yeah she came to life. Must use ram sticks in red slots on rampage 3 mobo.

Yup some Mobos require a certain ram slot to be populated in order to be bootable. The red slots must be this for your board. Or the black slots a DOA
