Hello, i have an xps m1710 and the graphics card is shot, my mate done something to dis connect and it still works just scrolls funny and has green lines when it starts up so i was hoping someone could tell me the cheapest way possible to fix this problem

Dell support should be able to help you. If the GPU is bad they are not on the retail market and best way to get one is through the OEM´s. The only other thing you can try is updating/reinstalling the drivers.
