That number is the serial of the CPU and is unique in the world...ok, now isn't unique.

A person that I know (Massman from HWBot) found it in a EU store.

According to Boxed Intel processor markings:

LGA 1155-Based Processors

Line 1 - Copyright Marks + Platform Compatibility Guide

Line 2 - Trademark and Branding + Processor Family (e.g. Core i7) + Processor Number (e.g. 2600K)

Line 3 - sSpec # + CPU Speed

Line 4 - Country of Manufacture

Line 5 - FPO (Finished Process Order)

Line 6 - ATPO (Assembly Test Process Order)

Serial Number = Line 5 + Line 6 (e.g. L039B467-0021)
sSpec = Line 3 (e.g. SR00C)

Line 1 doesn't appear on the processor on the right.
Line 6 is 0116 for both.
