Hello, I have the following problem, I bought a new power supply (500W SYSTEM 3R) to replace my generic (SATELLITE 350W) but the only power source if I remove the PCI Express video card.

When I put the video card and try to connect your PC to give the coolers a sign of life but they do not come into operation.

With the old font everything works perfectly, I ask you please help me because my options exhausted, have tried other PCI Express video cards and nothing.

Thanks again for the return.

I've disconnected all the power cables (hard disks, readers, fans), let alone the power to the motherboard, the problem still persists.

The 24-pin connector is plugged in correctly.

I do not think the problem is the PSU because when disconnect the video card it works normally, and it's about a new PSU and good quality.

In fact this problem is very strange, my motherboard (P5B deluxe) has many safeguards and details, I believe there must be some detail.

Thanks for the feedback.

In fact, the PSI itself is not the problem, have tested on another PC and it works correctly.

The problem occurs in conjunction with my motherboard (P5B deluxe) and ATI RADEON X300 (http://br.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=2309#sp)

About Satellite 350W with this PSU works properly in conjunction with the motherboard and video card.

As I said I believe is some detail of my motherboard or some protection of this new PSU (http://www.3rsys.com/english/products/view.asp?navi=power&idx_num=133)
