MicroSoft SideWinder x6 Keyboard Problem

I have Sidewinder x6 i'm running it on win7 64bit..i have Download and installed Latest version of IntelliTypePRo from microsoft website.
the problem is that Profile Selection key and other two gaming keys are not working....plz tell me a solution of this problem..

Unistall the IntelliTypePRo drivers in device manager.
Turn the pc back on and use the default drivers.
If you have those key functions back then that was the problem.
I never use manufacturers drivers for my peripherals just defaults..

if it doesn't work it's a hardware failure.
