Dell studio xps 9000 temps

ok i have a dell studio xps 9000 icore7 anyway the north bridge is very hot like atleast 100+C it burns my hand i have a blister b/c of it
speed fan says core teps are at 58-64C no load 68-84C with load
it has 2 fans 120mm front 80mm back not pushing much air at all case olny has a small inlit infrot where it sucks the air in about the size of a 5.25 bay what should i do still have 6moths of warinty left
what are your sugetions plz help

case is damaged front dvd drive cover is broke and a big dent is in the side could thay say the warintee is void due to meglect or missuse jw i was thingking to screw the warintee and geting a new case

Probably! Did it fall to get that damage? Could have unseated the CPU cooler a little so reseating it with new TIM is a good idea.
