Your parts are quality ones, however my feedback is...

Case - Good choice, but overkill IMHO. Check out => http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233

SSD - Intel is fine, but there is a lot of support for this one at its price point. Just go with a SandForce controller... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227542&cm_re=ocz_agility_2-_-20-227-542-_-Product

MEM - Fine, but overpriced. Look at => http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231335

One final thought... You seem to have a large budget. May be better off waiting for the release of Sandy Bridge in a few weeks as the pricing for the current Intel stuff will drop. If you can wait, then I would suggest doing so.

ya i like those suggestions, the same or better for less money but i dont know much about sandy bridge, whats the deal with it exactly? just new line of processor?.. i can wait, i was thinking of probably after christmas purchasing everything. i'll have more time then to play around with everything

Yep! New processor class being released (early Jan). You can expect to spend less on those current parts after SB is released, or buy SB components for the same cost as parts today. Better to wait. If your budget is the same then go with a SB build. Or if your budget shrinks there is always an AMD rig...
