How to attach new CPU cooler?

Hello!

I'm about to install a Coolermaster Hyper 212 plus on my Gigabyte Ga-Ma790X-DS4 motherboard. I've been told it's a piece of cake but I am really concerned about how to handle the plastic screws that the backplate and plastic frame around the CPU is attached to at the moment. See the pictures below. How am I supposed to do?

I can't really tell too well from the pictures, but there's only two types of fasteners I've ran into that look like that. One is a two part that has a pinchy thing to anchor it to the board and a screw that goes in the middle, the other is just a pinch.

Either pinch and pull, or pinch and unscrew

Use the youtube video they posted. A lot of people recommended it and it is FAR better than those stupid instructions they include. I just installed mine a week or two ago and it helped so much.
