PSU fan concern

So im building a pc on monday i have Cooler Master Elite 430 case as you can see on the case the PSU sits at the bottom and the PSU has a fan, what im concern or asking about is if the fan is blowing the hot air outside? or cold air outside? should i put the fan facing down? or up? dont judge my dumb question

Since the case seams to have has a air intake for the fan from the bottom, then the fan will suck air in there and exhaust it out the back if you turn the fan down. That will give you optimal cooling for the PSU. If you turn the fan up then you suck warm air out of the case and exhaust it out the back. Either way will work. Make sure you have an exhaust fan in the back or top in both cases to exhaust warm air out.
