Which Graphic-Card?

Hello, Which Graphic-Card is the best for me to buy with around 322€?
The Graphic-Card I want is a Gaming one, I play A LOT! So that is defiantly needed!

IF any other information is needed on my comp here it is:

Processor:AMD Phenom(tm) 9500 Quad-Core Processor 2.20 Ghz

RAM: 4GB
Systemtype: Win7 64-bit

Please list the games you wish to play, what resolution you play at, if you want certain in game settings to be turned on, what your power supply is (and what wattage and total amperage across the 12v rail is supplied), and what your motherboard is.
