why a 1GB card? in terms of performance, the ATI 4670 512 DDR3 will outperform an ATI 4670 1GB DDR2 card. in fact all of the cards you listed do not have the performance to take advantage of 1GB of ram and most come with slow DDR2 RAM.

i would personally look at one of these two cards.

ATI 4670 512mb DDR3 (budget)
ATI 5670 512mb DDR5 PCI-E 2.0 (solid)

what CPU do you have?
are you running XP, Vista, or Win 7?
how much RAM do you have?
what is your monitor's native resolution?

My cpu is intel pentium 4 530 running windows xp and i have 2gb of ram wich i may upgrade but im in no rush i was thinking of this card but was not sure if it will be ok on my pc

that card will work fine

no need to get more RAM. 2GB is fine for xp gaming and no need to invest more money into already old PC tech
