Ieee 802 1x authentication is inactive

Hi..

My office one pcs wireless internet continuesly conecting and disconectin..after i searched in net in got answer from microsoft that to enbale 'ieee 802 1x authentication' unfortunatly i found in my pc it is inactive..how to active and enable it or is ther any other way to fix my internet connection problem? my pcs authentication is wpa-psk nd encryption AES

At a guess I would say the router's wireless mode does not match the wireless mode of your computer. Alternatively, it may be a wireless security mismatch.

If you can, try accessing the router's user setup screens and check wireless mode and security type.
