What else should I upgrade?

Hi, recently I have build my basic gaming pc. I don't know whether it will give good performance but below is my pc specs.

Gigabyte Radeon HD 5450 1GB DDR3
Pentium 4 3.00Ghz
1GB DDR2 (will add 2GB soon) = 3GB
Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L motherboard
750GB SATA HDD
450W of power supply

What do you guys think? Is this hardware enough for non-hardcore gaming? Can it handle at least COD Black Ops or God of War? Right now, I still have 1GB, not yet added with 2GB of RAM, will this handle the graphic card? What else should I upgrade? The mininum.

how much did you spend if you don't mind me asking? You can build a i5 sandy bridge rig for pretty cheap now a days.

Actually I'm from Malaysia and the price for computer hardware here is extremely expensive. Before I buy the Radeon HD 5450, I spent RM770 at least. If I add the graphic card cost, it will be at RM1003. Im not sure the total in dollar.

i5 sandy bridge processor? If im not mistaken, the processor is still new right. Urrmmm. I tell you, just the Pentium Dual Core cost here at least RM210. The i5 here still cost up to thousand. I can spend that money to pay my car for 2 months.

Get a dual core chip for the motherboard. Pentium Dual Core.

If you are going for a dual core 'Pentium', have a look at the Pentium D 950
I had it for 6 years
