Would this card work on my psu?

My psu can hold 220 watts. would this card fry my system?

So if i tried it on my computer my computer wouldn't explode or anything right?

First sign of lack of power is instability not explosions! If the PSU is modern it will have most of the Wattage/amperage on the +12 volt rail and should work no problem.

Haha ok because I bought this computer new 4 months ago and I don't want to break it yet. I purchased that card a few days ago from newegg and after doing a bit more research on these sort of things I learned a whole lot of things about computers. I guess this is sort of a trial and error experience for me but my fingers are crossed that this card will work
