You also have to worry about the PSU fitting the case and having enough Amperage on the +12V rails for a given system and having enough connectors, the Gpu fitting the mobo and the case, the mobo fitting the case, the ODDs and HDDs having enoough SATA/IDE ports and connectors - the list goes on :)

Change the DVD drive to a DVD +-RW drive. DVD roms wont let you burn (copy to DVD) anything. ROM stands for Read Only Memory. You won't be able to write anything.

Nobody buys such an expensive AMD mobo. What are you gonna do with a 970 and a Crosshair Formula?

What's your usage? Is it gonna be just for gaming, surfing and studies maybe?

RAM- Get Kingston or something. I'm sorry, I don't follow the language. Can't navigate on the site, so can't give you links.

PSU- If you don't intend to add a second Graphics card (and even if you do) you'll never need a 850 Watt PSU. Drop down to a 55 if you'll stick to a single GPU or get a 650 if you intend to xfire in the future.

Well, then get a sub 100 dollar board and get a GTX 4xx series GPU or a 58xx series GPU according to your budget and preference. What monitor resolution are you running?

An uber-expensive mobo wont let you do that, but a good GPU will.

See if you can find the ASRock 870 EXTREME3 AM3 motherboard in there.
