Hello,

So yesterday I upgraded my PC,
I installed a new PSU and a Nvidia GTX 560
along with 4gb (2x2gb) Corsair xms 3 ram

The motherboard is an ASUS M4A785T-M and the previous RAM is a rendition 4gb (2x2gb) set that came with the pc when it was new

Having installed the new ram in the extra slots I switched on my PC and nothing appeared onscreen. I then tried substituting the new RAM for the old and the same thing happened.

Currently I am running fine with old ram and new graphics card and PSU

Any Ideas on How to get my extra Ram working?
Thanks

No. Asus boards can be picky about ram due to their bios settings. I recommend you return or sell the new stuff on craigslist. I recommend a gskill 2 x 4gb kit and sell both sets if you want more ram. I got mine for $35 at newegg, so I ordered two kits for 16gb total. You should match all the sticks for an upgrade.
