Ubisoft with In Nvidia's Pocket?

It looks like Nvidia is doing the smart, yet slimey thing here. As far as hardware goes, lets be honest, they are doing too great. Now it appears they have started to buy off games and designers to be either anti AMD or Pro Nvidia. Slimey, yet smart.

So AMD sends out a press release saying not to use a particular benchmark because Ubisoft refused to rewrite it to make them look better, and the conclusion is that Nvidia bought off Ubisoft? That's some pretty wild ass speculation from an author who's site's main sponsor seems to be AMD. Sounds like sour grapes to me.
