Twin Frozr II Ati overdrive Blocked?

Hey people,
A while ago i tried overclocking my gpu wich failed again and again. Even after following guides.

But the overclocking tool in never managed to use is the ati overdrive build in catalyst tool.
When i want to use it, the box 'enable ati overdrive' is ticked, but its like kinda grey. (you can see the settings, but can't adjust them)

Does anyone know how i can possibly enable or fix this issue?

A76-ml-k mobo
Creative 5.1 titanium soundcard
650 watt point of view / sli certified psu

Hahahaa, guys i'm so stupid, i discovered that a big lock button unlocks the feature xD

LOL fail gl with your OC. You should be able to get to 1000 core clock easy with a little tweak to the voltage. that'll make a huge performance boost.

I know this sounds dumb, but i tried overclocking before. 5mhz more, testing repeat and repeat untill limit, then i tried to add some core voltage, and do the same again.
But everytime i wasn't able to get a stable clock.

So how would you advise me to do it? because i have a card to overclock, but i can't
whats the best tool, etc....
