Build magic packet

I am trying to perform a WOL and I have the mac-address IP address and have enabled WOL in the bios and the power settings. I am not sure how to build the magicc packet any help would greatly be appreciated.

I googled "wol generator" and go possible downloads. I haven't tested them, but L2Search
