What are normal/acceptable Core Clock Fluctuations ??

My system:

(CPU Phenom II 555 BE
Motherboard ASRock 870 Extreme 3
Memory G Skill 2 GB DDR3-1333 x2
Graphics Card MSI N450GTS-M2D1GD5/OC
Hard Drive Seagate 500 GB, 7200
Power Supply antec neo eco 520c
Case Cooler Master HAF 912)


Has a core clock fluctuation, in CPU-Z, from 3206.1 MHz to 3206.5 MHz, the bus speed usually read 200.4 MHz, and the HT Link changes 2003.7 MHz- 2004.1 MHz, is this normal/acceptable?

In ASRock OC Tuner the core clock fluctuation is 3205.72 MHz to 3207.09 MHz...? is this normal/acceptable?

    there is always minor Vcore fluctuations
    totally normal

    No joke, just needed to know. This is my first homebuilt computer -> If I knew, I wouldn't ask the forums. So what are acceptable ranges then? When should you worry?
