I had installed windows 7 in my laptop,but accidentally i installed it in D-driv

i had installed windows 7 in my laptop,but accidentally i installed it in D-drive,now both C & D drives are showing program files,program files x86,windows folders,my D drive is full,please help me how to remove prgram files from D drive.

  1. The best would be to boot from C:\ drive and transfer your files and documents from D:\ drive to the safe location and than format the D:\ drive.
