Looking for a new GPU for around $300

Hi maybe one of you could help me decide on a new Videocard. Right now I have a 5770 and I would like to upgrade to something that can run SC2 and BFBC2 Maxed out.
Budget is around $300. Thanks!

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Within The Next Few Weeks or so.

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming(Starcraft 2, BFBC2)

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: 750Watt Corsair PSU, HD 5770

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Case is a CoolMaster HAF 922, CPU core i5-750(3.8ghz), Asus Motherboard, 4Gb of RAM.

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Newegg or Amazon

PARTS PREFERENCES: I've actually only owned ATi cards but I don't really have a brand perference.

OVERCLOCKING: No, No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080 Display.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Would like to run starcraft 2, BFBC2 All maxed out

Budget I would like to keep it around $300 or under.
 
Lol 300$... That's a pretty big budget at times right now. You could wait for the 6xxx series to come out, see how that goes. (I would do that, since Nvidia will probably counter with price cuts.) But another option, is getting SLI 460s It'll run you A LITTLE over 300$, like 320$. But the performance equals that of the GTX 470 SLI or a 5970. After a tiny OC.

That Twin Frozr is basically the Hawk with only 768mb, its a beast when OC'd gets up to 900 core clock real good.l
