AMD Radeon HD 5750 1680x1050

Can The HD 5750 GPU Deal with that resolution, if not, what resolution would you recommend?

It can, but it will be struggling a bit, the 5770 would be a better option. But if you already bought your 5750, the better res would probably be something like 1280x1028 or 1440x900 or anything below that. Otherwise if you want to, meaning you haven't bought it yet, then the best thing to do is get the 5770 seeing as the price may drop from the 6850/6870 release. Otherwise get the 6850 at 180$ (speculation) way better.

Yes, HD5750 is still good enough to handle that resolution, you can gaming with decent setting but not maxed out, you can do more with HD5770 on that resolution.

i think you should be fine with it. my GTS250 can still handle most of the game on max setting at 1600x900 (except crysis and dx11 stuff).

I'm going to get the 5770 when the price drops (when the HD 6000 Series come out)

Or I will get a HD 6870 depending on the price/performance ratio of the card.

I will get a 1440x900 or 1680x1050 Monitor , I dont play Crysis or GTA IV anyways, mostly Total War games.
