Can't receive e-mail from two computers

Hello, I do business with a firm in Chicago and Milwaukee (Quality Customs Brokers). One of their computers in Chicago and one of their computers in Milwaukee cannot send e-mails to me. They do not come through. They receive my messages but can't return unless they use someone elses computer.
